Tjeran is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and industrial leader with decades of experience in business development, strategic growth, and building successful companies. As a co-founder of CoatX, he brings extensive experience in launching, developing, and scaling businesses.
Throughout his career, Tjeran has also led industrial companies within the coatings industry, giving him valuable insight into both the commercial and operational sides of the business. His combination of industry knowledge, entrepreneurship, and investment experience provides a strong foundation for identifying opportunities and turning ideas into sustainable businesses.
Passionate about growth and innovation, Tjeran brings his experience and entrepreneurial mindset to CoatX, with a strong focus on building the company for long-term international success.
Lasse Isaksen
Vice President Business Development
Lasse is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in international industry, R&D, and business development. He is a co-founder of CoatX, driven by a passion for innovation and improving the way industrial coatings are applied.
He spent 13 years with Jotun in international managerial roles, including Product Manager and Global Director for Offshore. During his time at Jotun, Lasse was always looking for ways to challenge the status quo, driving innovation to improve application efficiency, coating performance, and long-term durability.
At heart, Lasse is a true coatings nerd, fascinated by protective coatings, application technology, and how smarter tools and methods can improve productivity and performance. Today, he brings that experience and passion to CoatX.
Svein Erik Andresen
Senior Vice President Sales
Svein Erik is a seasoned professional with an extensive 46-year career at Jotun, one of the world’s leading coatings brands. Throughout his tenure, he held diverse and influential roles across research and development, global technical support, product management, and sales leadership. His expertise spans multiple disciplines, having served as an R&D specialist, Global Technical Support Manager, Sales Product Manager, and Sales Manager at Jotun Thailand.
In his final role at Jotun, Svein Erik was the Global Sales Director, overseeing strategic partnerships with the company’s largest industrial accounts. His wealth of experience, deep industry knowledge, and leadership in global sales have made him a key figure in the coatings industry, driving innovation and business growth on an international scale.
